Please ensure you have read HikeWest’s Rules of Association (constitution) and Member Club Policy before completing and submitting the form below. Additional information is available on the HikeWest website. If your organization requires more information on membership before completing the initial application below, please email the Membership Secretary.
HikeWest requires information such as your Club/group’s current number of members to provide an initial estimate of the applicable membership fee. Upon receipt of your application we will also send you a current Insurances Questionnaire which will require completion by you before we can advise the cost of insurances that will apply. HikeWest highly recommends all Member Clubs be incorporated and avail themselves of the special insurances cover, but applying Member Clubs are given an opportunity via the questionnaire to decline insurances if they wish.
