Are we walking? – Latest SportAus survey results

Sport Australia has released its latest AusPlay survey results for the 2018-2019 financial year. AusPlay provides statistics nationally and by State on participation in sport and recreational activity. Walking (recreational)  is again the no. 1 activity (53% of adults) while Bushwalking rates in the top eight of activities, only two places behind Cycling. Nationally around 32% of adults participate in non-sports related activities compared to around 20% in sport-related activities. See the AusPlay National and State results.
